By accessing our website, registering for an account, or using the client dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

PBS provides claim support services for victims of terrorism and their families, including assistance with programs such as the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Act (USVSST), the Foreign Assistance Support Act Initiative (FASAI), and the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA).

Our services include:

• Guidance on eligibility and the claims process.
• Assistance preparing, organising, and submitting claim documentation.
• A secure client dashboard for tracking submissions and communicating with our team.
• Optional email integration so you can manage claim correspondence in one place.

We make no promise about the outcome, value, or timeline of any claim. Decisions rest with the relevant program authorities, courts, and administrators.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Claims involving minors must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
• Accounts may require approval by our team before dashboard access is granted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and communications.
• Update your information promptly when circumstances change.
• Supply supporting documentation where reasonably requested.
• Understand that submitting false or fraudulent information may result in denial of your claim and may carry legal consequences.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent claims.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload our infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to circumvent security controls.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content or software without permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Linking a Gmail or Outlook account is optional. If you choose to connect one:

• You confirm you are the authorised owner of that mailbox.
• You grant PBS permission to display your messages inside the dashboard and to send messages that you compose or reply to.
• You may revoke this access at any time from the dashboard or from your email provider’s security settings.
• You remain responsible for the content of messages sent from your account through the dashboard.

Our handling of connected email data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. We do not store the content of your messages.

The website, dashboard, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by PBS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them solely for the purpose of receiving our services. Documents and information you submit remain yours; you grant us the permission needed to process them in order to deliver our services.

Our services rely on third parties, including cloud hosting, database, and email providers such as Google and Microsoft. Your use of a connected email account is also subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat, or that any particular claim outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBS and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBS from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, submit fraudulent information, or use the services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
